Hi everyone,
I'm in Australia so trying to find similar food versions here to at home! I've got these nestle diet yoghurts which have no fat and less than 1% added sugar in.
The nutritional value is: (per 150g pot)
Energy - 230kj 56 cal
protein - 6.2g
Fat total - less than 0.2g
saturated - less than 0.1g
Carbohydrate - 6.9g
sugars - 6.8g
fructose - 0.8g
sucrose - less than 0.1g
lactose - 5.4g
dietary fibre - 0.3g
sodium - 57mg
calcium - 164mg
Does anyone know if these would be syn free? I hope so! Thanks xx

Hi Jilly,
The only ones I can find that are forest fruit by weight watchers are the fromage frais ...and they are 1 syn each, if that's not them then if you put in the nutritional value online it will tell you or on here and I or someone else will work it out for you xx

Does anyone know if the shape delight yogurt has syns? I used to get the shape zero but it seems to have replaced by this now :sigh:

They are all half a syn, apart from the Strawberry and the Cherry flavour ones.
However I've had a rhubarb/apple crumble one, and they are DEFINITELY worth half a syn

I found this out yesterday after i bought some (two 4 packs for £2). I was annoyed that i had to buy the syn free ones with the half a syn ones! (as they come in the same pack).
I don't understand why they are half a syn!
They should do a pack of just strawberry

I don't know if anyone else has posted this already. Slimmers world has now changed syn values on Muller Lights.
I know Strawberry, Orange & Chocolate, Cherry & Vanilla are still free.
Banana & Custard, Rhubarb and a couple of others are now synned.
I will try and find the leaflet and give you the full list.
I think they are 1 syn each.
I also think it's only on the new packaging? Muller has changed ingredients. But apparently Muller are going to review all yogurts and try to make them syn free!
No more free banana & custards for me Bought so many yesterday too (30p from asda!)

Right, found the leaflet.
From 1st August Muller is rebranding and reformulating all theur Mullerlight flavours to make them thicker and creamier.
the bad news:
This will effect the syn values of some yogurts so it's important to pass the following info onto our members
The Muller flavours that are STILL free:
The muller flavours that are NO LONGER free:
The good news:
Muller are in the process of changing the recipe for the 5 flavours that contain syns to make them syn free or even lower syns.
New Flavours coming soon!
As of 1st of August:
