SYN FREE YOGHURTS

Yes as I said the cheesecake and fruit underlayer ones are not free :)

Most of the fat free natural yogurts are syn free - just check on the side to see if there's any added sugar - if there is then it won't be syn free. Yeo Valley and Onken fat free natural yogurts are good ones - as are Total 0% greek yogurt, and Tesco fat free greek style yogurt.

May be wrong but my consultant says beware onken have chaged their recipe and now use sugar - working out at 7.5syns per big pot,,,,

The Onken ff natural yogurt doesn't have any added sugar/sweeteners so isn't affected by the change - it's just the ff strawberry, vanilla and apple/mango.

yep must have mis-read i meant the flavoured ones - only liked the vanilla one - it was so like custard....

Thanks. I just had some left in the fridge that need using up. How come Muller Light are free then, is there something different in them?

Only fat free yogarts are free. Low fat yogarts Will have a syn. Roughly 20 cals = 1 syn. Hope this helps x

Urgh, this is so confusing! Back when I last did SW, all fat free yoghurts were syn free but it sounds more complicated now!

Can anyone please confirm whether the following are syns or not?!

- Yeo Valley, vanilla yoghurt (tall pot)
- M+S, fat free yoghurts (toffee, vanilla, etc)
- Waitrose, fat free yoghurts (toffee, vanilla, etc)

Here's hoping!
