I am just starting back and cant get to class until September- unfortunately I gave all my books away and don't even have the basics to hand, so will probably drive you all mad :ashamed0005:
I have already made some soups before thinking about SW again and need to syn them (all plans) so if someone can help I will be very grateful :)
Broccoli and Stilton 6 portions
head of broccoli
2 knorr veg stock cubes
100 g stilton
150g potato
onion
water
Leek potato and carrot 6 portions
2 leeks
250g potato
3 carrots
2 knorr veg stock cubes
water
and I like to add 10 g mature chedder when I reheat!

Everything is the broccoli and stilton soup is free apart from the Stilton which is 5.5 syns per28g so for100g is 20 syns
Per portion 3.5 syns to be safe
RED
potato is 4.5 syns and cheese 20 syns. per portion 4.5 syns

Green
Leek potato and carrot soup is free, the 10g of Cheese will be 2 syns per portion.
RED
potato 7.5 syns so 1.5syns per portion plus 2 for the 10g cheese.

Brocoli and stilton
GREEN =3.5
RED = 4.5

Leek and potato + cheese
GREEN = 2
RED = 3.5

I dont do EE so cant help there. the same as for green i would think, its just the cheese adding syns to it in both.

Just to add that it will be a bit higher in syns if you sweat the onions in oil or butter as well.
