Syn help!?!

how many syns are in new potatoes with skin...

I've had no synstoday so thinknig having some with skin and some gravy try get some syns in me lol... isn't it nice to think what ubbish we can eat on diet LOL

oh god, don't go near chicken skin!!
Potato skin is good for you, lots of fibre and no badness - hence no synnage!

I didnt! LOL my partner wuldnt let me and scoffed it all LOL!

i've only used 3 syns today i cant manage top them up i eat for england! i always eatin omething!
