Syn question...new member (ish)

Hi everyone

I was a member of Minimims a couple of years ago, but have forgotten my log in details, so have made a new account

I am following slimming world on the extra easy plan. I did this before and lost 2.5 stone, fell pregnant with twins after IVF, and whacked it all (plus more) back on!

I'm now back on track, and getting married in May 2014, so really need to stay focussed!

Now, back to my post title...I'm trying to find out the syns for the Farmfoods Mini Chicken Breast Fillets. I have looked online but can't find them, and really have no idea how to use the calculator lol xx

Welcome back! Chicken is a free food on EE as long as there is no added oil

The ingredients are..chicken (obviously lol), water, salt, sugar, stablisers. I'm not sure whether I select chicken as a free food when working it out on the calculator :/
