I found this on one of the threads

"1 syn for every 20 calories on all plans" Is this the general calculation on any foods that needs to be a syn but is not listed?

No it only works for things that don't have a free food as the main ingredient. If there is a free food it gets an allowance that reduces the syn value and you can't work it out yourself. Even then there are some foods that are exceptions to the rule. Things like shop bought soups and sandwiches, jars of sauce, pizza, crisps don't get an allowance even if the main ingredient is a free food so the 20 calorie rule also works for them.
