I am on Week 1 and have had a Chinese for dinner tonight. I had a Portion of Beef with Onions and then a seperate portion of Mushrooms in gravy. Does anyone know the Syn Valuies. Online it says that Beef n Mushroom is 4.5 syns but nothing about the beef with onions. There is nothing about mushroom portion either
