hi
i have discovered the syn value for a lamb shish.
for each skewer it is 3 syns on red and extra easy - the pittas are generally large and so are 9 points. i was advised to ask if the veg is cooked with oil and so add this as well.
so tonight i am having....
3 skewers - 9 points
1 pitta - 9 points
mayo mix - 3 points
ketchup - 3 points
roasted veg (my own) - 0
sw chips - 0
and a box of mikados - 8
so my sat night binge out is going to cost me 32 points - i have saved 60 so this is great!!
