syn values of laughing cow dunker pots (32g)

hi

ive been a bit bad today, but i can blame it on raging pmt lol. ive had 3 laughing cow dunker pots which include the breadsticks (32g).

Does anyone know how many syns are in each pot eek...

But Dairylea is a HEa? DO the dunker pots not count? You'd have to syn the breadsticks obviously.

They won't have enough cheese in them to qualify as a HEa as it is tiny amount. The majority if the pack is just the sticks. Not to mention that the dunking cheese is most likely slightly different ingredients wise to the triangles etc and won't have the same calcium. If slimming world allowed you to count these toward part of your healthy extra they would be on the HEX list.

The OP asked for the syn value. So 1 syn for every 20 calories is what it is.
