Syn values of Uncle Bens rice times

Hey guys! I'm a target member doing SW from home I've been kicked out of the app because I haven't been back but I'm doing it at home and I was just wondering if anyone knew the syn value in the uncle bens rice times in all flavours ? If you wouldn't mind checking the app I would really appreciate it

There you go not really worth it. That's abit of a joke isn't it after you have paid for months and then when you reach target can't use anymore how does that work lol. How does it work when ur at goal do you still have 15 syns a day or is it more just wondered how u maintain because surely you will loose still. I know if go club can be 3lb either way can't you must be hard
