syns and snacks

I have always had 15 syns a day before I targeted, sometimes a little less and sometimes a little more and it worked for me.
A few people in our group thought by cutting right back they would lose more, but it had the opposite effect in all cases.
My suggestion is have the syns and only cut back a little if the weight loss comes to a total stand still!
 
I snack on syn free things (most of the time) and sometimes save my syns(by limiting them to 5/less a aday) so that I can have a good blow out on a weekend without going over my allowance.
