Sorry if i'm posting this question in the wrong place. I tried doing a search but can't seem to find the answer to my question.

I'm doing a green day today and planning to have some youngs fish in parsley sauce for dinner tonight. I have a value of 2 syns for this, but i'm confused as to whether this is inclusive of me using the fish as a healthy extra on green, and the syns are for the sauce? Or is the syn value calculated for the fish and sauce?

This syn value is probably for a red day, where the fish is free. Check what the syns would be on a green day - at a guess the syns would be about 7 for the pack on a green day.
You should really count the full syns but it is sneakily (!) possible to take of 6 syns for the heb of fish. However, the fish portion might not be big enough to count as a heb on green so it's up to you if you want to do it this way.
