Does anyoe know the syns of Kallo organic savory rice cakes flavoured with yeast extract. I always thought they were 0.5 syns each, but just found that they might be 1.5 each. Can anyone help please?

Hiya, are they the thick slice ones? If so they are 1.5 syns each.

 

If they are thick sliced ones, they are 1.5 each.
Snack sized ones are 0.5 for 2.

How do people find out the syn values of things that are not in the book?

 

I use lifeline online, you need to go to class to get the password.

I didn't get a password at the class but will ask next week. I can type any food in there?

 

Yep, it works by putting in the manufacturer name and then the item. The vast majority of things are on there. There is also a calculator to work out the syn value of things not listed. If you ring/text your consultant they will give you the password. (if you can't wait for class!)
