Hi M&s are doing a new range of 100 calories or less foods. There are little packs of popcorn that look great - sweet and salt, cheese and onion and salty flavours, Just wondering if anyone knew the syns for these? I read that the sweet is 3?

    Thanks alot!

Okay, here is a handy hint so you can work out syns values like this on your own. Just look at the calories - if there is no free food allowance then it is just 1 syn for every 20 calories.

So if something is 100 calories - that will be 5 syns.

Hey - I buy these all the time, I work them out to be 4 syns a pack, and they are a decent size snack!
