Syns in restaurant menu

Evening all,

I am out for dinner on Sat, here is the menu:

I am happy to use my syns for the week (70), I weigh on a Thurs, so I can claw back.
I was thinking the duck, a glass of red, then sharing the small cheeseboard.

I do EE, and would save my hexa and b for the day (cheeseboard)... I was thinking 40 syns? Accounting for potential oil in the food?

Any thoughts?

Hi Tig - the menu is certainly mouth wateringly tempting but I would personally write off the whole weeks' syn allowance - just in case. Apart from the oils in cooking as you say, the other syns in the fondant spud, honey'd parsnip, blackberry sauce, wine & all those full fat cheeses (I know you don't get that much) won't half add up.

Enjoy :)

Thanks Mini, I think you may be right! Sure it'll be worth it ;)

Why don't you accept that you might not loose this week and cut back to half your syns each day to compensate without denying yourself too much.
