Syns per day

Hi

How many syns are you allowed per day? I have been told 10 but just wanted to double check.. and does this value go down as you lose weight? I am 18 stone at the moment and am quite confused in regards to the allowed amount of syns per day!!

You can have up to 15 syns per day, this stays static & doesn't change when you've lost weight.

I'd recomend having your syns as you'll find you don't lose more if you don't have any syns.

I have my syns on a weekly basis & count down from 105, this works for me as I have a few glasses of wine & chocolate on a Saturday night.

You can have up to 15 a day, you don't have to use them all though!

They recommend between 5 and 15 per day, maybe that's where the 10 comes from? I tend to go up and down, I have 20 some days and 10 others but always "try" and stay within my 105 per week

I get weighed on a wed evening so i countdown my syns from thurs mornin to wed and start the 105 fresh every thurs x
