Syns please - hope my tea isn't too many syns!!

I would like the syns of Tilda Rizazz basmati rice (microwaveable) and Asda tikka masala cooking sauce - my Mum is making a curry/stiry fry and everything is free but I am just not sure on these two x

i cant find that one exactly by tilda but all there other basmati rices are 2.5 to 3 so maybe if you count 3 you know its right

What curry sauce is it?,and size there is 4 listed

yep thats on green there sky high on red,what size jar you got and yes its for the full jar,these jars are full of hidden crap i had a creole sauce last week was 17 syns so binned it and made my own for free

Yep - jars of sauce are really not worth it unless you're sharing with half a football team. Much better to make your own. You know exactly what went into it and have control over the syn values. It usually tastes much better as well!
