I was given some very nice Montbana White hot chocolate sachets from work but I think they are very high in fat.

I was just wondering with the 20cals = 1 syn rule, does it matter what the fat content is?

    Here are the details -

    Per serving size (35g)
    Energetic value kcal 152
    Total fat 3,9g

I have worked it out to be 7.5syns per portion! Ouch!

No it does not matter as the the high fat content will already be reflected in the calorie content.
