Week 1 (20.2.13) -12lbs (212lbs -200lbs)

Bit late starting this but wanna be able to see my progress and try motivate myself. Had an impromptu day off yesterday, lost control through Sunday night at worm n decided to have a meal with husband and then ended up eating all day. No matter in the scale of things! But likely weight is going to b up tomorrow as was up to 204lbs this morning.

I am doing this till 29th March and wanna get to 190lbs or less so just over 4 weeks. Doable if I stay on track....

Why does why one day off affect weight so much? Hoping to get that off by Friday! So pretty much lost a week due to one day off :-( keeping that in mind and using it for motivation.... 4 weeks on Friday till my deadline. Can still lose a stone! Oh that is an incentive x

So close to the 13s now :) 3lbs and ill b there. Out for mothers day on Sunday, wasn't going to eat but mil has booked a fancy restaurant n I don't wanna miss out! Makes me sad a out gaining right enough, would love to see those 14s away! It is what it is x

3lbs down :) was off plan on Sunday for mothers day so didn't expect to lose as much as that this week :) takes me in those 13s. Really pleased with my progress even though I haven't been sticking to it very well. 2weeks 100% now for a final push before my anniversary. Hoping for 7lbs! Hope I get it. Would be really happy just to get below 190 tbh. I'm excited!

What a difference 3 days makes! Fed up at scunnered :-/ 7lbs not looking likely now :-(

Just realised I haven't updated this. Only 2lb loss this week but think its due to lack of water intake and also doing nights. Really really hopeful for at least a 3lb loss. I am so desperate to be under 190 next week! That would just b pretty amazing :) please please please x

24lbs lost :) so pleased with that. That's my last official weigh in before I take Friday off as its my first wedding anniversary and we r going out for dinner :) bad timing but equally its only a diet and I gotta live. Having a meal with my family on sunday and then back to it on Monday or Tuesday had not expected to lose what I have x

Wi after weekend off 191lbs and official start weight for April challange. I will weigh in on Wednesday as normal, hoping to lose a little of my 4lb gain. Which tbh I think is okay considering my intake this weekend. Would really love 181 by end April but very much doubt that as I have a holiday to Disney in 2and a bit weeks. So hoping for 8 lbs in April, which would be 183. That's unreal to think I could be that low! Motivation right there!

happy with that result after having a full weekend off for my anniversary and easter. which included an all u can eat world cusine - of which i had 4 main courses trips and 2 pudding trips! and then a full roast and also chocolate for easter. hoping to lose 3lbs this week :) glug glug glug x

WOW! Did not expect that! so this week I have achieved 2 things

1. I am the lowest weight I have been my adult life
2. I am wearing SIZE 12 tops! 12!!!! So for thr first time since teenage years I am a 12/14. oh my. I think it is about time I realise I am getting smaller! I must be if my clothes r smaller even if the mirror doesnt agree lol

heres to a good week, if I can lose 3lbs this week I will be into the 12s okay only just but still! Then I will b off for a week due to a holiday, wonder what damage that will do but I dont mind I am doing this!!! Already achieved more than I never thought possible. A SIZE 12!!!!

so far almost no movement in the scales, I am not very happy and I am struggling to keep going. I am only doing this till thursday and I was so hopeful to get into the next stone bracket which is stupid really as I am so much lower than I would have though I could have been when I starterd this! but as the fat slipped away my expecttions grew and grew - stupid really. If I can lose 1.5lbs by thursday it will take me to 13stone but then if I dont then there is nothing I can do about it. I dont wanna do this another 4 weeks but the weight loss does appeal to me. I will just need to see what weigh in brings, tmorrow is my official day but moving it to thursday as this is last day. Feel like this week has been a complete waste as I am the same as I was last wednesday. hopefully get some movement by thursday x
 
Keeping my fingers crossed for a movement on the scales for you. It is very disheartening when the scales dont move but there is still time. Good luck.
