tea -mild curry savoury rice,salad,sweet pot wedges(luv them),corn on the cob,low fat cheese(hea).mullerlight

snacks - twister(4 syns),fibre plus bar(5.5 syns),dorset porridge(heb2),skimmed milk(hea2)

going off on holidays for a few weeks.only booked it yesterday so will continue slimming world when i get back.
 
well after appearing to have been on holiday for ages,i'm finally back!
hols was great.took the micky though and have been stuffing my face all this time :0. time to get back into it.
