I have been doing SW since the 30th March 2010.
Ive currently lost just over 4 stone:)
Thanks for reading and if you spot anything wrong then please let me know :) x

Day 1 Tuesday 16th march 2011. Extra easy.

Breakfast= 28g bran flakes with skimmed milk (HEX A) strawberries,banana,shape zero yoghurt, tea, green tea.
Lunch= jacket potato, Quorn fillets, lettuce,cuecumber,beetroot,carrot,spring onions, salad spray. apple and a plum, Diet coke.
Dinner= Thai chicken curry with rice, spinach, mushrooms, peppers.


Syns= light coconut milk 100mls 5 syns but im only having half of it so 2.5 syns.
1 piece of curly wurly cake 2.5 syns
3x pagen krisprolls with ham 6 syns

Thank you :) It is nicer warm with some squirty cream. Its very filling too. Even my bf likes it. x

u need to drink more smelly or did u just not write it down?!

I may be down the beginning of may for some dirty socket!!

Peachy I kinda forgot to do a drinks bit. I had sugar free squash, water, black coffee , 7 up free, diet coke, tea and green tea lol :) x

Curly wurly cake is what I was going to make you when i came to visit but i forgot :) its in the recipe section on here.

Breakfast= 42 g crunchy bran (HEXB) with milk from allowance (350 mls skimmed milk HEX A ) strawberries , banana and shape zero yoghurt.
Lunch= Chicken and mushroom pasta and sauce, apple and plum.
Dinner= Quorn lasagne, mushrooms, spinach and sw chips and green beans.
Drinks= Tea, green tea, black coffee, sugar free squash, 7 up free, water.
Snacks= 3 x krisprolls with ham. (HEXB)
Syns= Cheese sauce sachet 10 syns, making for 4 people so 2.5 syns.
2 finger kitkat 5 syns

Day 3 Friday 18th March 2011. Extra easy day.

Lunch= leftover quorn lasagne (2.5 syns) Lettuce,cuecumber,beetroot,carrot, plum,pear.
Dinner= Chicken, pasta and sauce, leeks,bacon, brocoli, carrots.
Drinks= Tea, green tea, black coffee, water, sugar free squash.
Syns= Pink and white wafer (2.5 syns)

I thought I wud try a green day seems extra easy is easier for me might give it another go next week maybe. :) thanks for pointing it out bimbo :)x

Saturday 19th march 2011. Extra easy day.

Breakfast= 42g crunchy bran (HEXB) skimmed milk (HEXA) strawberries and banana, shape zero yoghurt, tea.
Lunch= Ham mushroon and onion omlette (No cheese) sw chips. pear and a plum.
Dinner= Quorn bolognaise with spaghetti. Mushroms,spinach and peppers.
Drinks= Tea, Green tea, Water, Black coffee, Sugar free squash.
Syns= decided not to have any today as Im finding im having them for the sake of it.
