Just popped on to say hello! Am back from our holiday in the Lake District. We had a lovely time but the weather was really awful - rain, rain and more rain.... I was really good for the first few days and stuck to plan adding in some bonus points for all the walking we were doing - but the last few days I was really naughty with chocolate/ chips/cake/garlic bread.....
As I have missed my weigh in two saturdays running I've weighed on my own scales each week to try and keep on track - which show I've stayed the same, which I am pleased about. We were walking about 6 or 7 miles a day so I think that has helped limit the damage!
Back on track tomorrow and hoping for a loss next week.
