Had the biggest craving for something sweet at lunch so had a cadburys hot chocolate. Not having the shape yog or options now, as it was 3pp x
 
Well done on loss hun must be all the exercise! Your doing well it obviously works for you eating your ap so I wouldnt be hard on yourself

Oh god!!! I literally ate so much belle! I really won't be eating as much this week! I had 26 points yesterday and so far had 26 today. Did a 40min run last night and an hour fight klub class tonight. Got a cocktail party on fri night so trying to save weeklies for that x
 
I've been saving my for Friday night to, I have only used 3 this week so I should be ok :) it is funny some of the weeks when you think you have gone a bit mad you loose I have been 100% so I'm hoping for a loss tomo if I haven't I will have to have a serious think!

Oh god it's torture haha! Had parents evening tonight so had school dinner today: macaroni cheese, slice of garlic bread, seeetcorn, fruit slice n ice cream!

At home for dinner had a ham sandwich, go ahead bars, a clementine and had a choc biscuit at school.
Had 43 points today so dipped well into weeklies! :( x
 
Also no gym tonight, parents evening drains me! X

It works out 7pp for 2drumsticks and maggi mix. I've allowed myself 4 haha! As I'm only having veg with them, and I'm drinking cocktails, I better line my stomach! X
 
Did. Morning weigh at home this morning and it said 10 stone. Im going gym tonight straight from work and doing a circuit. Then cocktails tonight YAY :)
