fpod sounds great 4mile run!! WowzerMorning lovelies! Feeling so good after my 4 mile run last night. Aching all over! Breakfast: HEXB toast with jam (1 syn) Milk allowance HEXA Lunch: tuna n onion pasta (2 syns) Danio yogurt (1.5 syns) Apple free Dinner: piri piri pork chops, sweet potato mash, green beans (2 syns for butter in mash) Only had beans when I got in from running so had 89 syn left!! Total syns today: 6.5/89 82.5 syns left for the week No exercise today or tomorrow. Rest days x

I'm thinking I may have a beans jacket tomoz for lunch with salad and 1 tbsp coleslaw. I'm going to do thai green curry and rice for dinner I think too I love planning ahead x
