Tanya"s food Diray

    Well first day has gone really well, very pleased with myself!

    Breakfast; 40g of cereal and a tiny splash of semi skimmed.
    1 banana

    Ps- a handful of strawberries

    Lunch- tuna salad with 2 crackers and extra light cheese triangle

    Ps- alpen lite bar

    Dinner- grilled salmon fillet with roasted peppers
    2 shape yoghurts!

    So pleased eeeekkkk!
    Off to my new "pole fitness" class at the gym in a little while!

    Hi Kelly, no I hadnt tried before, I didnt really feel like I worked that hard but today my legs killed so mustve!

    Day 2

    Epic fail- all going well Till after brekkie wen I was sick at work in front of passenger (im cabin crew) got home and slept but the only thing I fancied to eat without feeling sick was a chip butty :( so i had that and a milka bar whoops!
    But prepared to win it back tomo and have all my food ready to take to work with me!
