Just doing it this time
No I haven't reached my target yet. BUT just wondered if you can answer a few questions for me.
I have 10.5lb's to go to my P.A.T - which I haven't set with group or anything but think that when I get to 10.10 I will probably be happy with that - or maybe 10.7 at most. I know that at 5.3 I will still be 'overweight' in accordance with BMI stats and official weight charts etc - but at 54 years old I don't think I will want to be much slimmer than ten and half stones?? - I might be wrong and feel differently when I get there.
So Q's are:
Will I be allowed to have a P.A.T of 10.5 stones even though I will still be classed as overweight?
IF I can have this P.A.T how long do you maintain it for before you don't have to pay at class anymore?
How often do you have to attend class for a weigh in to maintain your weight and not pay if you are within the official target - I'm sorry I don;t know what the poundage is that you can not go under or over? so that's yet another question.
