Target Weight Advice Please

Hey everyone, hope your enjoying your weekend.

I'm after a little advice regarding target weights.

I have set my personal target weight of 10st but know that when I get to that it wont be good enough for me, I would want to get lower!

I have been advised by different people to drop my syns down to 5 a day (this is hard!) to get to my target weight of 10st. But now I want to get below 10st, can I keep my syns at 5-15 a day to get below 10st?

Our leader has a chat with people when they get to target to see how they want to maintain it, or move to a new target! Probably best to go for that. Maybe maintain for a bit then restart the loss?
I think I know for a fact I will want to continue loosing weight, it addictive! So do you think I should keep to the 10-15 syns? Will my weight loss slow down or continue at the normal pace you think?
I want to get there before my holiday on the 26th July. So under 10st would be good for me. Then I can just loose slowely for when I go away again on the 3rd September.

So, action plan, keep to the 10-15 syns until I want to start slowing down? What do people think?

Sorry for the questions, with not going to classess I get a bit lost on this sort of thing!

Don't be surprised if you drop your syns and don't lose. Perversely the less you eat sometimes the less you lose, it's to do with your body going in to starvation mode and hanging on to the calories. Maybe try success express? Have you got the booklet?
I dont have any other books apart from a 2006 Food Directory (yeah yeah i know!) and a food optimising book. All other info I get is from this site!

I think im going to change my target weight to 9st 7lb and just stay on the 10-15 syns a day. Sound like a plan?
