Your target can be whatever you like, you dont even have to go to Club 10 if you dont want, they just put it there as something to aim for. I found it a bit annoying when they did that really as I had so much to lose - telling me that my *first* goal was to lose almost three stone was a bit of a kick in the already-pretty-f'ing-depreseed teeth tbh :confused: Not exactly motivating :(


Reaching the goal
It's all up to you hun. Set a goal for yourself and focus on it. You can even set higher target.
As long as it's at least seven pounds away. You have to have seven pounds to lose to join SW :)
Yeah you're target can be whatever you want as long as its seven pounds lower than what you are now and doesn't gow below an under-limit (but that's like dagerously underweight lmao)
Yup, it can be anything. The first EVER time I joined sw I joined with my mum and she was told that she couldn't have a club 10 target as it would be too low (she was within her healthy BMI but wanted to shift a bit) so she just set a target of 10lbs.
