Targets for May??

Hiya All.. Hope u dont mind me joining in to... I did the march challenge and the challenges before that so havent been on this since then.. so got lots of catching up to do... Im started tomm.. my weigh in will be a monday and im looking to lose 14 lbs - gonna try my best.. best of luck all of u :)

I have switched back to SW as CD didn't agree with me and got sick so my target is now going to be a bit more modest and I will say 10lbs overall...

I STS this week too as have been ill and moved from CD back to SW so body will take a while to readjust!

I've changed my goal to 10lbs as ive already lost 6lbs so 2lbs each week for the rest of the month is achievable i think :)

I am not sure how much I've lost because I still haven't weigh myself in yet. I will only weigh in when June 1st comes. So far I think I am doing pretty good, I think i will lose at least 6 to 7 pounds, doubt I will hit the 10 pounds I was hoping for though. 6 to 8 pounds is pretty good i would consider. However the bad news is this 10 pounds originally is my last 10 pounds, but I figure 10 pounds might not be enough. I don't see myself that fit, and some people still think i am fat. I've therefore decide to lose another 5 to 7 pounds. Once i hit 165 pounds i am done. I was 180 pounds when may starts. When I hit 165 pounds, I wont even care what other people says, because people here are way too skinny. I am sure a bmi of 22 (when i am 165 pounds) is perfect for a male no matter how you look at it.
