Hi guys! Im new to slimming world and struggle sticking to plans usually! Its going well so far but thought a food diary would keep me motivated. Any help / opinions welcome! :) My weight loss is slow so far so i might be making mistakes xx

MONDAY - Extra Easy all week.

Breakfast - Weetabix (HexA) Milk (HeaB) Blueberrys (SF) Strawberrys (SF) Cup of Tea

Mid Morn - Banana (SF) Cup Soup 3syns

Lunch - Grilled Turkey breast (F) Superfree salad (Toms,Cucumber,Spinach,Rocket,Spring onion) Fat Free dressing 0.5 Syn , Ww Soup - 2.5 Syn - Kiwi (SF)

Tea-Tuna Steak grilled (F) , Noodles (F) Edamame Bean & veg stir fry (SF), Half pk stir fry sauce - 2Syn, Mullerlight yog (F)

Total Syns - 8 - 1xA - 1xB :-D

TUESDAY

Breakfast - 2 x Banana (SF) 1 x Mullerlight Yog (F) Milk for brews (HexA)

Mid morn - Grapes, coffee + 1 sugar - 1 Syn

Lunch - Tomato & Onion Pasta n Sauce (F) Straberrys & Kiwi (SF)

Tea - Chicken Cassarole (F) Homemade using lots of veg, chicken breast, bovril, fresh herbs, spices, Tomatoes, Low cal spray. Wholemeal Bread from 400g loaf (HexB) Marg - 2 Syns

Total Syns - 3 - 1xA - 1xB :)
 
Wednesday

Mullerlight yog - (F) Banana (SF)

Lunch - Leftover chicken casarole (Made from free n superfree foods)
2x HexB Bread - Marg-2syns Orange(SF)

Tea - King prawn (F) Tomato (SF) Red Pepper - with chilli n garlic made using low cal spray, Salad (SF), AH cous cous (2Syn)

WW Toffee Yog (F)

Whats everyone else been eating this week? Any support would be welcome - my weigh day tomorrow :) x
