Happy today, my weight is down to 1lb below what it was before the Brum weekend :D :D

I didn't weigh mself, but my belt is backon it's normal hole :)

work was ok, slept ok...back out of my huff!
i put on 5lbs at the weekend, got 2 back off so far. why do men always manage it so much more easily? huff returning!

book is cheering me up susie...huff diminishing!

Dont be too huffy Marty - its one more burden that women have to put up with. DH keeps losng weight like mad and now talking about doughnuts so "he doesn't get too skinny" - humf!
