Well yesterday didn't go quite as planned. We ended up having a akeaway in the evening!

i need to lose about 3lbs in 3 days to stay on track. my body is being naff!! ha. and i feel absolutely ravenous today!! it's going to be difficult!!

Yeah something like that. I have a rule that I can have chocolate on a Thursday Friday and Saturday but try to keep away from it Sunday-Wenesday

I have just put some potato wedges in the oven. I guess they would be a snack as it's too early for dinner!
