Tea idea's please!

Right im new to this well sort of, i started SW last week of Nov with a friends, she has gone every week and lost a stone, i fell by the wayside after an initial 2.5 lb loss, dad in hospital etc and then a lot of stress i just gave up on it, however i have a slight issue, when i get stressed i cant eat / eat then stress myself out to the point im sick (not physically making just emotionally wound myself up till i am physically sick - not great) anyway due to a lot of recent stress i am just coming out of my no food period and im trying to wean myself into slimming world again and by wean i mean anything i eat needs to be relatively light, easy and not too bulky purely because i havent eaten properly for a good few weeks if i jump straight back into big healthy meals i feel painfully full, so i need some light ideas please preferably the easier the better !
