Quavers are good, toast and low fat spread, fruit, WW cakes and cake slices, some normal cupcakes i've found are 1.5 each. Ryvita and cheese triangles, hot chocolate. They're my usual suspects :giggle:

Cheers for those shabba..i used to just bring fruit but im tired of it now! i'll try the ryvita suppose it'd be quiet filling too..keep me going til lunch time :) thanks

Pink & whites 0.5 each, Alpen light bar 1, Special K bar 1.5, packet melba toast 1, whole bag of sainsburys sugar free marshmallows (24 in packet) 2 pts, walkers baked crisps 1.5, velvet crunch crisps 1.

These are the kind of things I munch on x

I like the WW cookies, the chocolate ones, or the ginger ones. 1.5 for 2 cookies, but they are really crunchy, so go really well with a cuppa tea! Dunk away!!
