Tea tonight?...

My dinner was nice but it wasn't as good as I thought I would be
for pud I had strawberries with a choc sprinkled vanilla mullerwhich was very yum!

I'm still sulking as there were no orange hi Fi bars at class. Thursday isn't Thursday without one with a cuppa on the sofa! Boooo!
 
Not really its french for squshied chicken and it was in the reduce section LOL

Ha ha that's ok then but compared to my corned beef, salad and chips you are still miles ahead in the posh stakes!!
 
I'm not too sure what my tea will be like. Basically its just something I have thrown together to ensure I get my 1/3 superfree. Its a bit like a bolognese sauce (I think so anyway)

Basically I put a tin of chopped tomatoes, a small can of green beans and 2 carrots in a pan and simmered until the carrots were cooked. I then put it in the blender. (don't like the texture of green beans). Then I stirred in half a can of sweetcorn (left over from yesterday) .
I then cooked some extra lean mince with onions and stirred all that in. I am going to serve it with some pasta.

Will let you know later what it was like.

Well I am pleased to report that it was really scrummy.:) I have put 2 portions in the freezer so I have got a kind of ready meal.
