Well I lost the 1.5lb I wanted! I think ill let my may target be 4lb. That's a steady loss. Anything else is a bonus!

Hey, going to be joining Team 3. A brief intro:

I'm Sarah, I'm a university student rapidly approaching finals and graduation and looking to shift some weight before those dreaded photos! I tried doing a VLCD for a couple of weeks with brilliant results but it's just way too restictive for me and I've put most of the weight back on immediately after starting to eat so I've come back to old faithful Weight Watchers as it genuinely is the best way for me to lose weight.

Had initially planned on starting last week but after a stressful week of 24 hour library sessions, sandwiches and muffins :)sigh:) I'm starting over again today, which means my weigh-in day will be a Sunday (had considered waiting until Monday but what's the point?)

Looking forward to being a part of the team :)
 
Sarah i totally feel your library pain - so difficult with the stress of dissertations and assignments etc.. good luck with this week, i'm sure you will do well before your photos :)

Good luck everyone! I have major pulling back to do this week as the weekend has consisted of indian, mac and cheese, carvery and banoffee pie :eek::eek::eek: but do you know I enjoyed ever mouth full! :D

Oooh I'd love to set myself a May goal - I'd like to lose 8lbs, 2 for each week. Of course I'd actually like to lose more than that, but I think it's a good place to start! :)

Irene - I'm in Durham at university at the moment, but 'home' is Middlesbrough, so not far from Gateshead! Will hopefully be indulging in a spot of Metro Centre retail therapy in June when I've lost some weight - need to find the PERFECT graduation dress :p

Good luck to everyone for the week ahead/weigh-ins whenever they might be! GO TEAM! (I could really get into this team thing!)
