Sorry Shabba, basically instead of changing it each week, just adding to it. So say if I lost 0.5lb in first week, sts second, lost 4lb in the 3rd and gained 1lb in the fourth, my name on the list would look like so:

blackwidow (5lbs, 3.5lbs lost) -0.5, STS, -4, +1

that means come the end of the month there's one list with the full months tally on which we can work out scores from :) make sense?

ooooh i think i get it. I dont think it looks very tidy though but i hate clutter :giggle: I can see the logic in adding points up instead of taking score each week. So if i lose 2 weeks in a row it would have 4 next to it.
 
you can do it that way as well :) just a lot of people cant get their heads around the scoring.. so its easier just to say how much theyve lost and i will score for them :p however i do understand your dislike of how untidy it is.. but i am trying to be economical about it :D

Its not a lot, but after the lovely relaxing weekend full of roasts, ice-cream and prob most takeaways you could think of, it's a loss for me!! :)

Hey wenna!

I was really hungry in my first week. Was my stomach adjusting :D No i rarely feel hungry and as long as you snack properly you'll be fine!

Well i got my scales and weighed in. it showed a 4 1/2lb loss but i think its just because of the new scales. I went a bit off track last night so im back on track today. Im still putting the loss this week bu im expecting a gain next week :)

Wenna you shouldnt really be hungry, maybe look at what you are using your points on and try to eat more filling foods - good luck
 
Thanks guys, I think part of it was I ate my food quite close together so i dont think my stomach realised it was being fed or maybe it was mental hunger making me think i was hungy. I have ditched the weight watchers treats this week as i cant eat them in moderation. I think that could be a problem and bought the filling foods books so gonna try cooking a bit. Also after swapping from slimming world my Leader said it could be my mindset viewing points as bad and using minimum points and then snacking. Thanks guys and sorry for giving u my life story. Wish me luck xx
 
Sounds like a good plan!!! :D Its all trial and error, what works for you may not work for me :D

sorry forgot to post sat. sts the same again. I am away at end of this week for just over a week, so won't be able to wi for a couple of weeks hope thats ok. expecting to put on in that time as on holiday, but will be coming back with a vengence after that.
