Team 3 Team Loser - "Winning by Losing" - New start for 2011!

Im a bit down. Up a lb this week. Im getting a bit all over the place with "dieting" at the moment so have taken a step back this weekend. Tomorrow I start again, with no extras. I know Im not going to have a good loss, but Im not in a huge hurry, and needed to regroup.
Blooming well done to everyone here. I will get my mojo back, and will make the team proud.

Aw hunnie, don't be down. I know a gain is disappointing but look, its only a pound and to be honest, that could just be water & not fat, I often get that. I've been a STS a lot of the time and that frustrates me so I know how you feel.
Please don't make yourself feel bad, I think you've done so well with your diet over the past weeks so chin up!
It sounds like you're really determined to start afresh so thats great. We all need our treats once in a while, so what you had a couple - like you said, just regroup and you'll have that pound off in no time :)

wi tonight and not sure if this is the right thing to do, but have upped my christmas target. Have struggled for the last 2 weeks foodwise so wondering if I have a target to head for by christmas it might help for next week. Not too hopeful for tonight but will be happy with any loss or even sts.

Just weighed in and I lost 5lbs this week, taking me up to a total of 20lbs weight loss in 3 weeks. Yay! :) 1 more pound until my Xmas target!! :rolleyes::D:D
