Hi all,
Well, 1.25lbs off this week, so thats 3 since the start of Jan. My body has decided that its going to be a slo mo, so Ive got to accept that and go with it. Oh yes, I would love to be losing 2/3lbs a week, but all I have to do is keep chipping away at it and just hope that it comes off. Ive decided Ive got to get realistic then with my goals, so have reduced my goal. Hope this isnt seen as cheating or something!!!

Hey just wanted to say I sat down to today & worked out I have 4.5lbs to loose to hit my 2stone and I have done that in 9wks with Xmas & my birthday inbtwn times so you can defo do it for your holiday :) Good Luck xx

Not reached target this month but have lost 2.5lb and reached my 5% target so can't be too upset. I guess that i'll have to try for the 1 stone loss in feb! Won't be too ambitious next month! :)
