can i just reiterate that if someone asks to join the team you say yes and explain how it works to them? there are too many people getting ignored and the point of the group is acceptance and support.

It was -1.5lbs last wk and 1.5lbs this wk i forgot to update it last wk i wasn't feeling well(wisdom tooth extraction) , i was expecting a big loss because ive been living on soup. lol.
 
Hi all, last weeks weightloss dissapeared so have added it back in (goal reached:D:D:D). Lost 0.5lb this week:) and am really pleased with progress - most clothes are too big (new wardrobe needed soon me thinks!!!)

I may have to remove myself, cause according to wii fit I've gained 7lbs I am really distraught :( It's been my birthday week and I've been a bit naughty but really not that bad :( :( really upset now. I could have been a lot worse with my choices over this week. :sigh:

Ive decided that Im removing myself from Team Loser for a couple of reasons - firstly, I am not doing ww anymore (and yes, I know I can still be on the team but it just doesnt seem right) and secondly, I am back to being a Friday Girl, so dont want to be on lots of different teams!!!
