Hi everyone. Have just come across this group and hoping to join you all! I've recently got zumba for the Wii and I love it! I've been doing the 20 min work outs to start with but doing this each day, so would I be best to count 2 days worth as 1 class?
The more I do it the closer I get to the 45 min one which I will then do 3 times a week with the 20 min one on the other days. Does that make sense?? I just love it and really love doing it each day
