    Hi all,

    Going to start my food diary here with photos :)

    14/5/2014 day 1

    Salted caramel Hifi bar (hexb)


    Ham salad with a pickled walnut (1 syn)


    Chunky veg pasta with cheese (5 syns + hexa)
    Premade custard with coco powder mixed in (7 syns)


    An apple
    Slice of whole grain toast with banana and honey (6.5 syns)

    Syn total for day = 19.5/20

    Bite size weetabix with soya milk and banana (hexa & hexb)


    Turkey and ham subway salad with honey mustard dressing on side (1.5 syns)
    Diet coke


    2 sausages (4.5 syns each), potato wedges (cooked in oil; 1 syn), carrots, broccoli and curry ketchup (1 syn).


    Mango and fat free yoghurt.

    Off to the gym tonight so maybe more when I get back and adding picture of my tea :)

    Got it back from the gym and had blueberries, low fat Greek yoghurt with honey (2.5 syns) and 2 rice cakes (1.5 syns each)

    Total syns for the day 19/20

    just wondering is it your choice to do 20 syns a day? as they say 15 per day, so didn't want you going over without you knowing? unless you are choosing to have 20 instead :) x

    My consultant said to do up to 20 based on my starting stats :)

    16/5/14- day 3 EE


    Same as yesterday but with blueberries instead of banana (hexa + hexb)


    Homemade potato and egg salad, made with quark and whole grain mustard (1 syn)

    Dinner (will be)

    Blue Dragon Japanese rice bake with chicken and added mushrooms (5 syns)

    Still trying to work out how to add photos from my ipad! :)

    Good day today considering

    Breakfast out at Morrisons cafe.

    Had the omelettes meal, only ate 1 omelette (2.5 syns), mushrooms (cooked in oil but I did ask if they could dry fry but said they are already cooked, 7.5 syns :-O), grilled tomato and beans.
    Finished my sons muller light and blueberries while he are his dad's bacon!


    Ended up on McDonald's while we waited to go to our next destination, BF wanted a McFlurry. So I got him and my son a nice cream and myself a diet coke! *polishes halo*

    Went to a retirement party, lots of party food on offer including lots of cake. I had;

    Salad, chicken (with skin removed, so hard cos that my fave bit!), a couple of spoonfuls of some rice dish someone brought (I figure they cooked with oil so I allowed 2.5 syns) and a small piece of retirement cake (4.5 syns)

    Just returned from the trip home, going to have a chai latte with my soya milk (hexa) and a slice of toast (hexb) with a banana for supper. I'll also try not to think about the Creme egg my son was given as a late Easter present!!

    Total syns 17/20
