Technical help again please!

D'oh whilst browsing in Cambridge maintenance(would love to fit into that category) I came up with inspiration for a post,but rather stupidly forgot to come out of that forum to post and now my thread is in the wrong place,can anyone please either move it into the main forum for me ,or tell me how to do it
