Great loss, well done!! I love the cranberry bars and the peanut ones are yummy too ... although Ive cut right back on the bars as they seemed to give me an appetite or a feeling of wanting to nibble after a while.

I only bought 3 bars, just incase i did find the urge to munch, so will have one every couple of days or so.
No soups this time either, just sticking with shakes and Tetras.
