You could google some low-fat recipes with beansprouts? :) That way you could either have the tools to improvise your own calorie controlled meal, or try to go through them and remember which one was like the Tesco one!
Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to google any other low-fat/diet meals and snacks to cook - and to make your own booklet of them.
