Tesco LC Tikka Sauce

Hi can anyone tell me how many syns in a jar of Tesco Light Choices Tikka sauce please? Not sure but I think the jar is 400g or 500g. Thanks

Can anyone help with this please? I will be having this sauce for dinner tonight and need to know if it will use all my syns or not I have estimated half a jar at 8 syns but would like to know exactly if anyone can help. Thanks!

Is it the healthy living tikka sauce?

If so, it's 17.5 on green or red? hope that helps hun.

Yes I think that will be the one - it's called Light Choices now so I'm hoping the syns are the same! Thanks for that!
