Tesco Mediterranean Couscous

    I know this is probably a really silly qeustion...
    It's the flavoured packet stuff. I think it's 1/2 syn for 100g of dry, but I was wondering if anyone knows how to syn the whole pack? What does it weigh cooked?? :confused:

    Tesco Mediterranean Style Couscous, excluding oil or butter, dried 100g cooked

    [​IMG] ½ Syn on Extra Easy [​IMG] Original 6 Syns [​IMG] Green ½ Syn

    You would need to weigh in after it is cooked to be sure. I think the Ainsley Harriott ones work out at around 250g.

    Thank you Circes! I had it last night and forgot to weigh it once it was cooked :eek:

    I will count it as 2.5 syns.xx
