Ok so I'm doing extra at work today and only packed a mug shot so I'm gunna be hungry any one any ideas what I can get from tesco I don't want a sandwich as saving heb as I'm out to dinner at pub tonight!! Thanx in advance xx

they do little packs of sushi which shouldnt be too high. Or just pick up a pack of chicken or ham?

tesco just brought out teryaki chicken noodle salad had all of the basics of the EE plan that maybe worth a look for the future

They do really nice wee salads with the veggie section for £1 and NICE chicken breast pieces which are free!
