Tesco pitta bread syns?

Hi, Ive done a search but Im getting quite a few variations, could some one give me an up-to-date answer please

Small Tesco White Pitta bread

I know you cant use them as a HE, but what if you skip the HE, can you lower the syns?

There isn't small listed on syns online but the mini (30g) is 4 syns on all plans and the standard (50g) is 6.5 syns on all plans.

Not having your healthy extra b will not lower the syns in this as its white and so has no healthy extra allowance. If you want it you'll need to take the full syn hit I'm afraid!
