tesco sauce pots

Hi, spotted these in my Tesco's this week and was wondering if anyone knew the syns for them?
You mix them with milk but I would like to use the milk as my HEA, so would like the syns value without milk if possible?

I bought the mushroom sauce pot, and the cheddar cheese pot. They are 35 grams each.

I don't know if they will be online, but can give the nutritional info on them, but they only provide it containing milk.

Mushroom - made up with 100ml skimmed milk
84 cals
3.7 fat
9.0 carbs
3.6 protein

Cheese - made up with 100ml skimmed milk
84 cals
3.7 fat
8.8 carbs
3.9 protein

Each pot is meant to serve 4 and you use 300ml skimmed milk in total.

You can use 1 syn per 20 calories on shop bought sauces.
You would have to work out the syns for your milk and deduct that from the overall syns if using your HEA
